Great video and views 👍⭐⭐⭐ Waterside House was sold to Keppel DC REIT for £56M and leased back to Vodafone. In 2016 Waterside House was acquired by Palmer Capital and SEDCO Capital for £35M from property owner Aviva. In July 2023 was announced Vodafone is selling its London offices and six data centres and Vodaphone will lease them back through 2032. 2016 article notes: "Waterside House comprises 94,867 sq. ft. of recently refurbished Grade A office accommodation with 338 car parking spaces on a 4.7 acre site. The entire property is let to Cable & Wireless UK on a 30 year lease, which has 22.8 years left on the term with fixed minimum RPI rental uplifts every 5 years." The area was agricultural and rural near Roundshill Farm up to the 1948 aerial photo. Most post war factory units were constructed along the new Western Road on the north side of the lake. Much of the area since redeveloped from the 50s-60s developments.
