I will never understand why some people believe that you cannot film something that is private FROM a public place. As if all the photons that bounce off the private place have some sort of copyright or "Do not Film" notice attached to them.

Or even that they also believe that you need permission to use a camera when on some private property. You never need permission to use a camera. Ever. Just like you never need permission to use an umbrella. Now you might be asked to put down the umbrella when inside a room and you might be asked not to use a camera when there is confidential info around. In such situations and to keep the other person happy and to continue a conversation rather than refuse and make things acrimonious most people would comply as its a reasonable request.

I done it about 5 years ago. Fortunately I never had to use it. The course is ridiculous. You don’t learn what you need. All we done was listen to our tutor who was a complete psychopath ex bouncer tell us about the good old days how they used to be able to kick the sh*t out of people. 7:50 Refusal to leave private property does not mean the police can be called. Not even to offload responsibility since they can be sued for falsely calling the police. Refusal to leave private property when you have one foot one foot on the property means they can't do anything and the best thing is to walk away. Refusal to leave when inside a building past a point for authorised people only or oast any security does mean they can do something, but it must the absolute minimum use of force.
