When did NOVOTEL change from a public hotel to a private business and are they registered as such with Companies House? Is all their business trading paperwork correct? Do these new managers and staff have the correct clearance checks (as required by British law) to work in such an establishment? We need to know these things because the previous staff (wwhose jobs were taken away from them ) will have had legitimate working clearance and ID checks.
