Ok, EXTREMELY SUBTLE reference I don't think anyone but me noticed in the visualizer: At around 3:58, the various battle poses Eggman & Sonic strike reference other Sonic media! I don't know what the one on the top references, but the other two parrallel the JP Sonic CD box art(with Eggman in place of metal sonic) and the final panel of Sonic and Eggman's big showdown in the endgame arc of the archie comics respectively! Ok, honestly, I adore the look of this Eggman in his Phase 2, it gives the rubberhose bad guy vibe while still leaving that Robotnik charm. The lack of a nose or eyes while leaving the distinctive set of jaws on display? He's sinister and expressive, but also unique enough to possibly stand under his own identity. The way his eyes barely peer out of the burnt remains of his facial hair. It all plays together to be possibly the best EXE design in the ENTIRE community.
