Man, as an old school turntable & vinyl DJ, I’m so thankful this is possible and so intuitive. I din’t even watch any tutorials, I just got familiar with the different screens and functions and I was able to focus on music curation and enjoy my set by just choosing the transitions and song elements I wanted to remix live. A+++

FINALLY! A way to change comments and tags within a track! Actually had this in my feature request list and I guess there is no better place to post in right now than here: 🙏 Midi-Mappable Shortcut for "Load Scratch Tools" 🙏 The ability to change the default Scratch Tool 🙏 SCRATCH BANK (pad mode?) 🙏 Changing the default Neural Mix Off switches on pads to effects like vocal echo out, drum breaker etc. 🙏 Shift-Click to chose the secondary sorting option (for e.g. BPM and Key) 🙏 More pad modes for supported mixers (S7, S11, RANE 70, RANE 72 etc.) - BEAT JUMP, TRANSPORT MODE, user modes ✅️ The ability to change Track Comments within the App ✅️ The ability to type in the BPM of the track to help re-analyze beat grids (the new Flexible Beatgrid algorithm should solve it?) 🙏 Automix with external mixer 🙏 Keyboard Shortcuts and Midi Mapping menus less clunky and more prestine Overall a great update can't wait to get home and play with it and then test it on a real gig!🔥

Love the new updates...but honestly the two things I feel...well 3 things that are vital to any dj: 1. Able to set the location where to record mixes such as an external. As of now it is only default to hard drive 2. ID3 tag editing 3. When recording that it breaks the recordings into options of 700mb, 1GB or 2GB so as, as it is now it is only recording one complete long track that then has to process at the end. As a Dj Pro AI user I am loving it and the new updates sound great. Perhaps he did not get to go over everything but the 3 I list it would be amazing if they finally implemented them all, but if I had to choose just 1 it would be #1 to have the ability to save to an external source for recording sets so computer is not having to record and process as well as work for the dj software For me I only use it for Video but when doing only music because Traktor all of these features I listed I prefer to use Traktor or Virtual Dj, though Traktor is what I greatly prefer using. The Fluid beatgrid though is aweseom and the crossfader new options are next level....great job yes yes all around.

Those are some great update ideas! Recording long sets (3+ hours) is a problem for me because those m4a files sometimes doesn't even wanna open. Really gooe Algoriddim will implement those as well!

Thank you so much, algoriddim. With the djay 5 update, you have completely fulfilled my entire wishlist. For me as an open format DJ the new beat grid is gold. So easy to remix old disco tracks and rock riffs live. No more problem with old 'handmade' music with large tempo fluctuations. The new crossfader FX are gigantic! Perfect for quick mixing and switching genres and big bpm steps. I just had three hours of fun with Djay and my Reloop Mixon4. It's so incredible.

Amazing update. Algoriddim always ahead. This time it's the new beat-grid detection and it catched up on stems feature they've been the pioneers of (no pun intended 😉). I would love to see such level innovation on lighting control : Hue/Zigbee for home, DMX for the club/gigs. Can't wait to see what the "Neural Party Lights" feature will look like 🤩
