I've realized I"m unable to use pre cue with headphones using the iPad 6th generation. What model is your iPad in this video? I have a lightning input rather than 3.5mm. I can hear the music both sides but pre cue will not work. Is there a way around this issue? thanks for the tutorial.

For this you would need a special audiointerface with a own output for the headphone and a own output for the speakers
