"Doing fast scratches super slow, I just can't" This right here, has been the reason I have completely stopped focusing on speed (except during drills). I am also really digging doing a fast & slow call and response. Example: Chirp into 1-click flare (twice) with a slow chirp 2-click (once). The timing hiccups a bit rolling over to the next fast chirp but you can go into it slow and pick up speed again.. or go into it fast, slow the pull-back before doing a quick flare. When you want to vary it up, skip the 2nd chirp and orbit instead. Also helps with getting used to identifying where "the pocket" has shifted to with that "drunken flow" style you mentioned
