But i was 4 or 5.. and i remember standing on his feet in his greens, his boots with this strappy hook boot thingies they used to keep his greens in place in the military. We lived in a trailer on a military base. So dirt poor. I flushed the paycheck down the toilet. But he danced with me. Then in Iceland when i was 9 or ten... for the first time - I DANCED. I REALLY Danced. i shook off the world and when no one watched, I DANCED. TO THIS. It was when I discovered MUSIC. My dad and I.... well we're not so much these days... but i will forever love him. He's my true dad and I know him. He knows me. And he gave me music. I will forever be his little girl. Aint a day go by, dad. Not a single damn day
