It says on the internet the Pontins site was renovated by EDF for use of workers on Hinkley Point. Rather ironic that EDF is French owned, the ones that are causing this.

On the ongoing subject of the origin of the bikes, surely if they were all being provided legitimately the staff etc at the hotels would just explain, and name the organisations providing the bikes. They wouldn't just shake their heads and say, 'I don't know,' like it was one of life's great mysteries - bikes just keeping appearing for no known reason.

Brean Sands is housing workers on the Hinkley Point C construction. It has been leased by the consortium/EDF for several years. Sand Bay is the only remaining Pontins now Camber Sands, Prestatyn and Southport have closed. Plemont Bay in Jersey closed years ago. Was left to rot and only recently been totally demolished. What a waste 😠😂
