I was a blue coat eñtertainer in 1970 when it opened worked there for 2 years it was very beautiful camp then a great family camp Britannia let it turn to this s no investment it,breaks my heart to see it like this😢

Looked fun great risk and I guess you got by without alerting security. Great video I really enjoyed it. It’s just weird seeing that place how it is today it’s like and end of an era. 👍👍👍.

I rattled the gates as I jumped over, but by the time they came out, I was gone. Unfortunately the Mrs wasn't filming. Glad you enjoyed it

We went there as a family when I was a kid. You used to get free holidays with collecting tokens out of the newspaper lol. When we got there out chalet had an ants nest in it and the sofa had fleas! Other than that it was a decent family break away in all fairness, but it definitely wasn't the holiday park that made it so.

We used to sneak on Prestatyn Pontins (locals werent allowed on) as teens to play the arcades and talk to scouse and manc girls 😂 Absolute shit hole that place was but there was a burger place that did pretty decent £1 burgers like McDonald's. I live in Kinmel Bay now but might go have a look

Should have been shut down years ago. Lots of crime, drug abuse and anti-social behaviour. We are very glad to see he back of it.

knock down those blocks add decent static caravans ,invite people to buy a static , make an area for touring caravans and campers , invest a few million quid in the place get the gardens/ grass sorted, use that dining area for a supermarket and go from there , in reality flatten it and start again ,FYI think that camp was where HOLIDAY ON THE BUSES , was filmed and HI DE HI

I’m so gutted at what happened to these places which I spent many a year at with my parents just so sad that it’s been left to fall apart who owns it now? They should be ashamed of themselves ?

I worked at pontins in accommodation and a supervisor attacked me. She grabbed hold of my jacket and wouldn't let go until another staff member and told her to let go of me. It was quiet scary at the time.

Iv seen a video on line wear a group of young people got in to pontins and turned the music on.
