I was 13 and 14 crate-digging in the early 2000s now there's track Lib. That feeling is gone now that they're tightening up on sample usage in these recent years but I remember finding old vinyls and CDs and sampling things and it was the best vibe. I also appreciate track lib because they kind of play as the middleman instead of producers having to reach out to a record label for permission to sample a piece of music. But also with that being said, it's cool to flip a sample different ways but then a lot of people have heard that sample and sometimes people just want to find and sample rare and hard-to-find, crazy records that never released to the public. I know track Lib doesn't have ALL the samples..but it's an ever growing platform so¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but it's still cool though.

*The 1970's was the greatest era for music, without the music from 70's to be sampled, all the Hip Hop songs of the 1980's, 1990's, 2000's and 2010's and continuing would not have existed. I've always said the music of the 70's collectively was greatest era of music period with all its musical genres. Hip Hop owes a debt to the music of the 1970's.*
