DJI Action 5 Pro First Impressions + Test Footage

For me the video quality in Action 4 is more clearer than Action 5 pro. Also colors are more natural in OA4. The only good thing in action 5 pro right now is the night mode.

Low light and battery exceeds on the action 5 Pro but yeah other than that I think the 4 looks so much better. As I said I’m sure there’s gonna upcoming updates to fix the 5 Pro but for now the 4 is definitely the way to go. Thanks for watching

I like that there is very litter jitter in your indoor and night footage. Did you set a higher shutter speed like 1/120 to achieve this effect? Looks good. Question: I’m looking for a small action camera, not for action, but for mall walking tours, city walks and evening walks at night in the city lights and inside stores and such. Mostly POV walks. I already have a pocket 3 which is amazing, and a GoPro which is great for sunny skies but really fails in low or artificial light. Honestly I think I’m leaning towards the action 5 next. Do you think it could film inside malls without jitter and with accuracy in the mixed light? Seems so, your footage in target looks great and that’s exactly what kind of footage I am looking to get (mall walks). Lastly did you get regular or action combo? I cant decide if action combo is worth it.

First thing, thanks for watching! Secondly yes I got the action combo and it’s absolutely worth it for the batteries and charging case for the batteries. IMO definitely worth it. As far as setting questions, I have everything on auto. So I have not messed with any of the settings but I notice a lot of people on Reddit are sharing best settings for indoor, dark mode, etc. so I’m sure it’s possible for that little jitter to go away playing with the settings. I think the camera is definitely worth it for low light/indoor settings. 100%
