Hi, Please help me. I wrote from Hungary (Europe) I have DJI Air2s and I made teh certifications for Ai2rs, it is ready! I downloaded my Declaration of Conformity (c1) but I dont know to where could I send back? And what is this "Operator Registration Number"? Where can I check it mine? The all firmware is the newest, but I dont know now that what could I do...please help me

Thank you so much for the video update, I've updated my RC with the Drone as well but no joy, today I've decided to start it up again and it came up with "Update Fix" available for the RC, have been on a constant install/reboot process unfortunately :( will keep you posted on my findings

@@FlybyGuys Update :) my RC updated to the latest firmware after several attempts (another one after the first initial AIR 2S and RC update) I'm on RC Firmware 01.03.1400 AIR 2s Firmware 02.04.2700 and Fly APP 1.13.1 still no joy for me with showing the Remote ID menu :(

@@FlybyGuys Hi there, hope you're doing well :) Finally got my answer, basically was me being an "ID 10 T" HAHAHHA Because I'm UK-based, the option was not showing, as soon as I took my drone to EU the option became available and I could enter my EU OP ID :) back to the UK and the option is gone again, which makes sense :) Thank you!

Thank you Stephen! Question: I am owner of a Mavic 3 Enterprise 3T and the drone came binded with the Dji Pilot 2 app. Now I want to do like you did - fly my Air2S with the Pro Controller. I guess I need to download the Dji Fly app to get the option to switch between the 2 drones? Or? Any preferences where to download the app? AKP files to a SD card and install from download files or is it possible to do the download directely from controller ? BR Petter Saltnaes - Norway

Hello Petter. A very good question. Unfortunately, the DJI RC Pro Enterprise isn’t compatible with the consumer drones. This is very annoying. Enterprise controller is only for Enterprise drones.

Helpful clarifications. I did the Air 2S and RC updates. Unfortunately, access to the Cx Label Request button is not available to me in the U.S. According to DJI, I can't activate this upgrade unless I am IN the EU - which means I cannot have C! labelling and A1 access until AFTER my next trip to the EU. Seems like an unnecessary and very inconvenient restriction. At least I can still fly legacy/A3 until what will probably be my SECOND next trip to EU! Thanks for keeping us all informed!

Hi Stephen I live in Canada I downloaded both rc and drone updates. But when I go to service I don't have the cx request box.

This update only for Europe. Do you have Remote ID in Canada?

I have the standard controler which I connect to my phone but I don't see any remote id showing BTW I'm in the uk

Well i'm in the Netherlands but also no remote ID function. And we are in the EU 😉 I also dont have a remote update. Using the standard remote.
