I understand how you are able to fly higher (geo zone unlock), but how do you fly farther? When I'm in normal mode, I still can't fly any farther than if I was in beginner mode. Tried messing with the options and such. Still can't fly across my farm yard.

what do you set the rth altitude if it loses signal?

Go to "settings -> safety" in the goggles where you can set RTH altitude. But in this video I was checking the signal and when it went orange or red I manually ascend until I gain better signal.

@@LEHL lol I know I was talking to the person that made this post. The only time you have to send documentation is if it’s in a different more regulated airspace. Where I live there’s not any fly zone at all so I can do like you did and just request it from my phone/ rc2 controller. Thanks!

Its actually pretty straightforward and easy, you just use the DJI Fly app connected to the Goggles and do it the same way you would do it with the Camera Drone. it sends your drone's S/N over with the request and its automated so you get the approval within 30seconds or so.. Ive gotten clearance multiple times even for areas with TFR's, but then it will be 120M limit, but still i can fly... Its not perfect but it works. Its under Aircraft Licenses or something like that, i cant remember off the top of my head, but theres only so many options before you find it lol..

@@dronevision7664 DJI Fly app on your phone when its connected to the Goggles USB-C port.. You apply for aircraft unlocking license. Its called a LAANC request or unlock. Its done thru the DJI Flysafe or something like that in the DJI Fly app menu, just fill in the information fields and Submit it.

Sounded like an aeroplane flew close to your drone. Good reason why they have altitude restrictions.
