@@TSCameraGear I still only have the DJI mini 2, now called the DJI mini 4k... I've used it for years and haven't quite been ready to upgrade to the 3 or 4pro yet

Those pros are expensive…. And big……

@@TSTechGear the pros are expensive (especially if you get the remote) but relatively small (under 250g) which still can fit in your pocket and are perfect for travel and you don't need a license for them because of their weight... And the quality is amazing!

This drone is designed for content creators who want a quick shot and the video quality is important, but not that important for what you’re using it for it’s perfect. People are trying to do all this crazy stuff that you really can’t do unless you have a high-end cinematic photo and video capable drone. I have a higher end DJI drone, but this one is so much more easier to use and portable. It’s perfect for the price and purpose it was designed for. Good video good content thank you for doing it.

I agree, in the past DJI drones have taken way too long to set up and get ready to fly. This actually got worse with the folding arms, folding props, putting your $1500 phone in a horribly designed phone holder that could easily drop it to the ground, etc. I've seen better phone holders on $30 toy drones than some of the DJI's with the weird phone holding handles on the bottom of the controllers. With the neo, you can pull it out of your pocket, power it up and fly on one of the auto modes or with the cell phone controller in about a minute or two. The camera is more than adequate for it's intended purpose. People will complain about the camera, but then upload to very compressed social media platforms. The fact that it will also do other normal flight modes with a variety of controllers including fpv goggles and controllers make it irrestible for a large group of customers.

I have avata 2 first then Neo. Neo can do almost whatever Avata 2 can do. For Avata 2 I use 4K60 and Neo I use 1080p60. The final movie is 4K60. Neo gives me more fun than Avata 2. Kids like to play with Neo.

The biggest problem with drones is that you are limited where you can use it so you might buy best drone possibile and could not use it ;-)
