Is there any particular reason why you switched from the HD1 5" to the I flight dji frame??

No. Not at all. I still fly the HD1 and my other quads. But the IFlight is sort of my Go To quad now. I just like the look of it lol. Was flying the RRHD1 today, it's a bit heavier than the DC5 though.

@@RichardGilmoreDronetech nice!! I just barely got the dji unit!! I got it all setup today on my astro x5!! I had to take back standoffs to fit air unit so I ordered up some new frames i got the hd1 & bando frame for air unit for it all fits proper!! Gona miss my astro x5 I may sell them!! I really like the video from dji!! I had only one issue that stomped me I had it all setup correctly n no video but I finally found out I had to bind them!! Dji and other videos dont mention this so I was stomped for awhile but once I bound them they were perfect just need different frame now!!

I've cut it, heated it with hair blower and even used pliers, still won't rotate :(

Is the lens comply damaged. If so. Grip the lens with pliers or something. It will go. A little bit of brut force.

Pretty sure I just knocked the IR filter out of mine. Going to try testing that.

Pyrodrone has a direct replacement for about 15 bucks. I think it's OEM, but the specs were the same as the factory lens.
