How do you adjust the leg here 2:26 ? when its the best time to do it? its not parallele in my case with the other arm

I think i have a bricked inspire 2 from a bad flash from the dji assistant 2, is there a way i can fix that. i bought it second hand and i dont think dji would service it. it worked fine until the camera asked for an update. then everything stop working. it doesnt even recognize the drone in the assistant 2 anymore. im stumped.
