The Zoom is the one to choose, and if you’re a travel youtuber it is the PERFECT choice over all the other drones. One amazing thing, even if you’re having your first flight ever, they feel so safe to fly and so reliable! Me personally I learned with the Parrot Bebop 2, a lovely drone, only the camera is not so good but the control you have over the drone is almost identical with the Mavic.I had so sell it to upgrade to my Mavic2 Zoom because of the camera, the sensors and the Mavic is so much easier to carry.Great review! I’m not going to upgrade soon as the Mavic2 is a beautiful ,quiet, good quality and reliable drone.In my opinion is the Iphone of the drones.

I subscribe because of this video I think you did a fantastic job explaining what the kit comes with because you’re focusing on the drone a little bit more I’m gonna search for other videos on your channel. Is the smart controller worth it about to buy a $1600 bundle on eBay for a Mavic to zoom looks like a good deal. The bundle comes with a smart controller

That’s not a bad deal, I often wish I had the smart controller just to now have to use and set up my phone every time plus it would be nice to have my phone feee while flying. I have heard nothing but good things about it. Thanks for the feedback, good luck and safe flying!!

I have had this drone for about 2 years now. It is a fantastic machine to fly. Very easy to control and takes fantastic video. The key to it, like most drones, is to have a video screen you can see in sunlight. As has been said, very versatile.

I like the explanation, but hate that you didnt demo it more, or show the collision avoidance.. needs more practical usage.

I guess I consider those emergency failsafes that are nice but I'm never buying a product based on it being able to avoid collisons becuase I would prefer to be good enough at flying not to need it - and if you are shooting cinematic, I cant tell you how many shots the avoidance has messed up becuase it slams on the brakes when it's not that close to an object. I’ve had a zoom for a couple months now, I also have a mavic air 2. The raw videos on the mavic 2 zoom are poor compared to the mavic air 2, does anyone else know why??? This is my only issue

One of the better reviews :-) One thing nobody ever mentions though: What is the lowest flying height in active track mode? You did have it quite low when filming your own back. Was this active track?

Not very low, it forces you to go up to around 10 feet normally before it will properly engage, sometimes it will stick with the target if it happens to fall under that but over all the active track is insanely bad in my opinion

I used to have a zoom I had a small accident with a seagull and a brick wall I have the air 2 now which is awesome that you can zoom with it but I want to go back to a bigger drone and I've been thinking of the one with the hasselblad besides low light situations does the zoom take just as good and clear and detailed photo or video as the regular pro 2 on a normal sunny day

I have looked at so many comparison videos and I personally can’t see the difference. It’s one of those specs vs real life use situations, I can’t imagine not being able to zoom, I constantly use it every flight. And if you check out my 1080 video you will see it has the ability to zoom super far. Plus you can always buy the other camera and swap them out for night shots and stuff

This one is great for everything because it is so customizable plus it’s weatherproof, super durable. I can fit my dlr + drone in it, it has additional straps for hiking and attaching more gear. I have a black one though and I just noticed they don’t make they color anymore 🙁
