This unfrotunately is all guessing. There is also misunderstanding on basic cinephotography and photography concepts. The 48 mp lense for still shots, actually is not better than a 20 megapixel. It all depends on the sensor and many other things and the photographer and their understanding of photography. Megapixels are incredibly misunderstood. Until there is an official reputable source for the Mavic 4 Pro, this is simply all pure speculation.
