Since you are flying from top of a building , so how it’s height is being calculated ? Is it height from the remote and the drone ? Is it from the the ground level ? Can you please clarify ?

I noticed that you have positioned your antenna in a wrong way. Try keeping it perpendicular to the remote control and point it towards the drone. It will help you reach a better altitude. I got mine to go above 600m.
