I ordered a dji wireless mic with 2 transmitters. It has wasted a lot of my time, energy and money too. I connected the receiver to the phone and started 1 to 2 hours of shoot saveral days. But I got completely disappointed when I came to know that the audio got disconnected by itself half way through. I am dam sure that it's not because I didn't connect it properly. In fact I tried to connect it to the phone multiple times yet no positive result. Now I am utterly disappointed with this brand. Having ordered it online, I am completely perplexed. I don’t know what the solution could be. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix it.

Hello, there. DJI Mic has RX and TX. If you want to record audio by DJI Mic on your phone or other devices, you have to attach the RX on the devices. You can also record the audio with the TX only.

Please Dji, answer me: With this microphone, will I be able to broadcast live over the LTE network, on my cell phone, without interference? Other microphones have this problem. I don't understand why you didn't include lapels in the kit. I also suggest creating a solution for the transmitter to turn into a handheld microphone. I also need to give my feedback on the design of the product: I didn't like it very much. It has no screen, for the speaker to adjust their own settings. The product itself has its advantages and disadvantages. But if I can do a live stream over the mobile network with clean audio, it's an excellent option.

I don't work for DJI... But I see no reason why you should have interference when paired with a cell phone. If using a lav mic, search YT for the review from Stewart and Alina that show you which lavs don't have issues with interference with this device. They have great info in their reviews of this. Just a friendly tip. The other questions and suggestions I leave to DJI. Happy shooting!

Hello, there. Do you mean you want to use both TX for recording at the same time? DJI MIC transmitter support independent recording. When the DJI Mic transmitter is used for independent recording, the audio is saved in the transmitter’s internal storage in the WAV file format.

When I connect the microphone, the audio from the embedded mics on the DJI device stops, and only audio from the mic is being used. This kind of ruined my recent videos, as i thought the audio on the camera itself would also record sound. I am simply looking for a way to have to audio sources, and was wondering if these 2x mics in the video can record sound at the same time. Sorry, I am not very smart with this type of technology.

Only comment I have is you have to really push well to the end the jack of the lavelier mic to make it work, otherwise you will be wondering why you cannot hear one lavelier... it makes you go mad. But you just have to push a little to make it click...

Can you start the recording on both transmitters at the same time using a single button on the receiver? And do you think it will work if I put both mics on my two shoulders facing forward as I interact with strangers? Would it be a good configuration to capture my voice, as well as the voice of the strangers, at a similar volume? Here's the downside of the DJI Mic, if you're using an iPhone you can only record mono so you can't have separate channels which is a friggin bummer Man... For the love of God please make a lightning adapter that lets you keep the channel stereo on an iPhone. I just ordered a Rode SC15 cable to see if I can use this as a temporary workaround it works with the rode Go II, so when I get it in a couple days I'll test it out and let you know how it works. Again, DJI please develop a new lightning plug so we can have the option of going mono or stereo with an iPhone… I know I can record on each transmitter but it's just that much more work to bring it into the editing system and syncing it up. I'd rather be able just to drop it into the timeline and have separate Mic channels…

Please make this work natively with a new DJI pocket 3 (1 inch sensor edition) as a bundle rather than the current mic bundle that only works with pocket 2 and you will have an awesome package exactly what I'm after as it would replace most my kit but mics will still serve as multi purpose. It won't have a 1 inch sensor. It will use the same or slightly bigger sensor from pocket 2, a better processor and bigger battery. Basically everything which should have been in pocket 2 in the first place.

Hi there, please note that when the DJI Mic receiver is connected to the phone, it will be recognized as an earphone. Therefore, the audio cannot be played through the phone speaker when it's connected. Thanks for your understanding and support. But you can attach 3.5mm headphone to the 3.5mm listening port of the receiver to use the listening function.

Hello, there. Please keep the transmitter as far as possible from the chest (to avoid chest vibration which will lead to muffled recorded sound). It is recommended to clip the transmitter to the lapel with the built-in microphone hardware facing upward.

Why are all those KZbin reviews shows a nice pouch with compartments for the wind shields and cables, but mine is only a simple one? Cost down exercise? Question. Does this revert the microphone to the AirPod? In my test that’s what happened. The recording was done with the AirPod instead of the DJI microphone.

How do I avoid my DJI Mic clipping? I got my DJI Mic too and I’m just trying to work out the perfect settings. My voice is loud and deep and I’m having problems with clipping. I already reduced the gain to -2 on my transmitter but im still hearing clipping now and then. I just released a video about the DJI Mic where im talking about that. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to go about that? Thanks 🙌🏼

The gain have to be at -6 / -12

@@AurelianIrimia thank you for the advice. Is there no negative effect to the audio quality. I believe reducing the gain more also increases the background noise.
