He gets sent the new tech for free so that he can do review videos...so can push it to the limit...not really his money spent in most cases. Drones can fly in the rain. It's what happens to them after that is the question. Water can seep in and rust the components. Even DJI does not recommend flying in rain or cloudy/foggy conditions.
