I am waiting on the Neo to arrive. I have the Mini 4 Pro and the RC2 and will share the RC2 with the Neo. I have a pair of Viture Pro XR glasses that I think will be awesome with the Neo. Plugs into the USB-C on the RC2 and you get FPV type vision with the RC2.

@@tomn8tr I've got a neo and Avata 2 so have flown the neo with googles 3 and motion 3 . Look some videos up I've got a few up with goggles .. it's just not that fast ideal to learn FPV I suppose ... But like I keep saying useless in the wind any wind

@@tomn8tr That’s awesome! Probably will have a really cool feel to fly like a regular DJI drone and have the goggles. I wish I can fly my DJI Air 3 with the goggles, but use the RC2 controller. As of now you can only use the motion controller.

13 min awesome fly. i got neo with rcn3, does it differents with rc2 except using phone screens? all i worried neo is bout wind warning. i have experience unresponsive neo in few scnd. rightnow im afraid launch neo with wind warning. 😓

@@DionProbo it’s hard to say if there is any true difference. I’ve used the rcn2 and 3, both are great. I just didn’t like using my phone, because sometimes it would overheat here in south Florida. I get wind warnings with my Neo all the time. You just need to use your judgement if it’s too windy to fly. I think the RC2 has slightly better connection. I never had my Neo disconnect mid flight but I’ve been seeing videos like what you’re describing.

@DOCTORFLIES i just doubt neo. it just fly in around altd 60/70 meters away. its just perhaps any gaps between msg wind warning and ready to rth. and i set my rth in altd 80meters, so i thinking its getting worse in that wind situations. so i decend in sport modes asap. and now im too afraid with that msg pop ups till now. 😔 oh i will try again later. maybe i just in urban envy and a lot people around so it makes me too afraid for signals error.

I have the Neo, which I got as an add-on to my Avata 2. I use the goggles, but would rather use a controller, and I am tempted to get those Meta glasses. But I don't know if they would make much difference for the cost.

Ray Ban Meta's are awesome!!! I personally like using the RC2 with the neo. If I fly FPV, I'd rather use a better quad with the O3-O4 air unit.

@@Emuspaul Avata 2 is definatley one of them. I have a lot of ready to fly pre-built FPV quads like the Cinelog 20, and some 3 inch cinewhoops and 5-inch drones that use the DJI FPV system.

Its wind resistance is terrible compared to ANY DJI drone . So if you live where therr is even slight wind yove lost it

It's all relative. This drone costs $200. It should be worse in the wind, but otherwise, it is great to learn to fly. Just be cautious if it is windy out.

I live in South Florida, and it is relatively windy there. It is probably tough to fly once the wind gets around 12-15mph. Check out my video of me flying in the windy snow. Otherwise, it is great.
