there are also an external mic that dont need an adapter (saramonic lavmicro u3-oa) and (boya by-m3-oa) both mentioned worked at my Osmo Action and for Osmo Pocket just change the OA abbreviation to OP

Just bought an Osmo Action to replace my muted Go pro hero 4. Half the price of Go pro 9 without screen freezes. I'm happy. Found I'm able to switch screens by just saying 'switch' Maybe that's a software update?

I scratched my lens cover and It's so hard to find a replacement. With GoPro you can find replacement easily and affordably. So I will never purchase another Osmo Action again. Even the their website doesn't sell replacement parts. Sucks!

It was a great camera but yes I’m moving on with the newer GoPros. For the lens, I’d chat with DJI to see if they can help with a replacement even though it’s not listed on their site.

I just got mine in December. At first, I didn't like it because the stupid tiny manual is useless. It doesn't even tell how to use the cam. After downloading the app, good that the manual is there and show beginners how to use the cam. I can't believe how cheap the company is, not willing to print out the manual as big as the box. Now I like the cam much more.
