Loving this eposide, man! I'm sold on action 4, the compact factor and the wider field of view are a must for motovlogging. Low light looks good too, ace pro is just appearing brighter, guessing it can be corrected in post.

Im holding out for the action 5 and see what that offers. The action 4 was released in August of 2023. The action 3 was released in sept of 2022. We're pretty far into a release cycle.

Sorry, I'm confused. The test said Wireless + Lav Mic. Wouldn't it be one or the other? Wouldn't the Lav Mic be with a Mic Adapter? And Wireless would be just wireless?

Hey man, also shifted from GoPro to Action 4 but observed that the ambient sound is too low on the Action 4. GoPro captures ambient sound better for me, did you also notice that on your videos?

The rubber is optimized for traction but are softer than road tires so they wear down much faster. The race tires texture grips much more so more surface area is actually better than the slits for traction on more durable tires

I can't even get my insta360 one RS audio right and i've tried everything hiding the mic in my helmet, etc. Although i'm not investing $200+ for a rode mic cuz i'm a cheapass 🤣. Incredibly hard to get good sound on a naked without wind noise.

Is the receiver magnet strong enough to hold it on the camera in rough terrain, like if someone was riding off highway (dirt roads, etc.) on a dual sport motorcycle?

The MIC 2 you showed, which I didn't realize was a NEW MIC with Bluetooth until I found more info on it today, has no receiver, it connects via Bluetooth to the camera, for an ALL WIRELESS MIC.

Exactly why i want the Ace Pro is cause of the low light, i need a pocket camera & that would be perfect. Due to the bike nights, so that will help with lighting at night. When filming off the bike. & i use my gopro for the on bike vlogs. Not yet convinced to go after the dji yet, i love that you can link the wireless mic to the action 4 tho.

I used gopro for years garbage. Hard to connect with app, over heat, app suck and in my opinion gopro suck. I pucked up Dji action month ago. Easy magnatic mount and mimo app is next level. I love it.
