Thank you for your video. Our Osmo Mobile 3 doesn't even work anymore... It just keeps on shaking and giving a pop-up saying that there is a fault in the gimbal but we are unable to solve it... Maybe someone has tips for us? We've searched and tried so many things already but nothing seems to help so far...

if it is still under warranty, contact dji support and they might send you a replacement. unfortunately these stabilizers are really disposable and doesn't stay for a long time and some has faulty motors. try to press power on button and slide the zoom button upwards at the same time, that's how I fixed mine 😃

it could be a hardware problem or the motors could be weak to balance, try to use without the case or use a lighter weight phone to see if it'll work properly 😃
