I'm here watching this video 3 years after you've made it, later and I'm still amazed! I've used some of these moves innately. Now that I'm getting serious about video, I've been researching and this is one the best concise videos I've found. Most people try to overcomplicate it, or be humorous, or sell you stuff. Also, I started looking around for the mic stands/any telescoping pole with a 1/4 thread on the end due to another of your videos and it occured to me that I'll already be carrying hiking poles, just need to rig up a threaded clamp and I'll not have extra equipment. Hey cousin! Great tutorials. I enjoyed the 10 tips on using the Sony camera and gimbal too! I have an Osmo 2 which I picked up for a song and an iPhone XS and am just learning to use them together. I sure appreciate you sharing this information., and I would love to see a tutorial on editing. These are really good tips Sir. I have been using some of the moves myself in my videos but, editing it to make them look like a pro movie has been a challenge. I specially like different gradients and blending techniques you have used. One thing i am completely clueless about is how do u have two speeds in the same shot (ex : between 4:22 and 4:26)? starts as a slow move and towards the end rushes and speeds up ... can you please make a video on such interesting moves/edits ?
