What is the continuous recording time? Does the camera stop recording or shuts off after a certain time of recording like some point and shoot cameras do? I noticed not one single person mentioned that in their review

The camera has continuous recording. The video will stop recording when the memory card fills up, or when the battery dies.

can it be controlled by distance with a celphone with mimo app, like the past version with bluetooth? to use it in a monopod or large distance?

Yes, it does have an app where you can control the camera. The DJI Mimo App. It is similar to the past model.

At this time, we have not tested it. As of now, I believe that it only takes the DJI mic that comes in the Creator Combo.

We film many "man on the streets" interviews. The pocket 3 very enticing, but won't the 20 mm lens distort faces?

I can’t set 4K/120, why?

To place the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 into Slow Motion Mode, when the unit is in camera view, tap the camera icon (it should be in the lower-left hand corner of the screen) and swipe to select the Slow Motion shooting mode. If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen, you should be able to set the parameters for the shooting mode. For the Slow Motion shooting mode, you can set the video resolution and the speed ratio. You should be able to select 4K 4x as your video resolution and speed. Do note that you may not use ActiveTrack when filming in Slow Motion.

I had the original but the dynamic range/tone mapping was awful, blow out highlights and noise in shadows. Wonder if this is better?!

Impressive, I like the swivel 2 inch screen. But for the price in the UK of £489 basic model, I would have expected 8K video although the 4k 120 is welcome. A rotational sensor would have been good since the drones do it. Can you pair it with other microphones and ear buds like Rhode ? Does it have a jack for mic ? Can you get filters like variable ND, CPL and anamorphic ? Can you pair with a phone or use wifi to stream live ?

The new DJI Osmo Pocket 3 does not have a mic jack. But! It can wirelessly connect to the DJI Mic that is in the Creator's Combo: bhpho.to/45LZcUc Also, there is the DigitalFoto Solution Limited USB Type-C to 3.5mm Mic Adapter for DJI Osmo Pocket, but we have not tested it yet if it does work with the Osmo Pocket 3. At this time there is only one lens filter, the DJI Wide-Angle Lens for Osmo Pocket 3. I'm sure there will be more filters that'll come out more in the future. Yes, you can connect the Osmo Pocket 3 to your phone and live stream from the camera.

They forgot that photographers could use it as well. 1. Bought the previous Pockets to have a little device to record some moving Timelapse’s where I like to record in RAW…NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE. Don’t understand the absence in the pocket 3. Was expecting a lot because of it’s better sensor with more DR…nope. So bought one but won’t use it… 2. Don.t buy it to make high resolution photo’s either: 8-9 mp is what you have. Thought we were in 2023… Beware all to be aware of that and while return mine…
