DJI Phantom 3 Return to Home Stanfield Arizona

This is about the 5th flight with the new P3...Testing for the first the "Return to Home" button, from about 1/2 mile away. worked great! As with the P2, to toggle back to manual control, flip the flight mode switch.

Yes, as I recall I held the home button until the controller beeped.

Nice, lush greenery :) Did you use the RTH button on the remote, or the app? I tried the remote, and couldn't get it to work...the app worked fine....love how it talks to you!

Yeah, I pressed the Home button on the controller, not the app.

pmsawy1 I guess you have to hold it down for a couple of seconds.... I didn't know that when I tried.

When I pressed the home button it just landed where it was, y didn't it return to the home point ???

Rosso1980 You probably need to connect the Phantom to the assistant software and tell it to RTH instead of just land?
