Hi. I am totally with you regarding low light mode. In low-light scenarios, I totally agree that the normal video in d-log gives way much better image than the low-light mode. For me, low light mode is way too noisier. Thanks for this amazing review 👏

I personally like the default sharpness and noise reduction (0 for both) but I also don't use the night video mode and just film in D-Log in low light situations. If I was trying to be more "cinematic", I would set both -2 and control it on post

I must admit your video here is top notch. Great shots! A bit unlucky with chocolate and especially cracked lens. You've said there are some settings which bigger cameras have and in Pocket 3 missing (like longer shutter speeds). What else? What about setting AF speed? Can you set slower for smoother transitions? (here few shots AF was fast but too aggressive). Also is it possible to set manual focus?

They usually update the DJI Pocket camera every 2-3 years. This just came out a halft a year ago so I wouldn't be surprised if it's another 2 years

Would you rather buy the osmo pocket 3 or the insta360 X4 ?

The quality of the X4 is NOT 1 inch, hence low light is terrible, and the 8k resolution is divided by the 360 image. The only REAL point where the X4 excels is its an action camera, so its weatherproof.

I agree with @deniss.6205, if you want better image quality, the DJI Pocket 3 is way better, if you want a sports/action camera, the Insta360 X4 is better. Great review! I find your footage extremely impressive..the pocket 3 is hitting high and more than capable.. the fact it is comparable to high end cameras says it all. As a potential buyer i see a few issues though that make me hesitant. 1. It is somewhat fragile which limits use. 2. The cost is high compared to pocket 2 price, (and osmo action 4) 3. Overall Size is not bad but compared to pocket 2 seems a backward step apart from the screen size that is. Still i may buy one despite this all as it is so capable. However i am interested to know whether this is so much better than an action 4 cam as its hard to justify the extra cost.. i know low light is so much better on pocket 3.. but is it that much better overall i guess is my thoughts? Am i comparing apples and oranges?

Happy you enjoyed the video! 1. I was reviewing some footage for a vlog I am making about this trip and realized I dropped the camera on concrete and multiple times in the snow. With the chocolate in the gimbal, I am surprised that it survived all of that. With that being said, yes, it's plastic and a gimbal so it's more fragile than a "pro" camera. 2. Yep the cost hurts. I remember when the first one only cost 350$... 3. I think the size is necessary to make it more rugged, make the batter last longer, and offer all those cool features! I don't have an Osmo Action 4 so I can't tell which one is better. One big difference is this one has autofocus and I don't think the Action 4 has it. It depends what type of videos you will shoot?

Kanka oyun videosu mu çekiyor adam 4K 60 Fps videosu çeksin :) 24 fps bu şekilde olan bir kamera 60 fps de de güzel performans sergileyecektir. Eğer sen 60 fps lik kayak videoları falan çekeceksen o kamera bu kamera değil dostum. Aksiyon kamerası alman gerekli. Bunda maksimum normal çekimde 30 fps gider veya slowmotion yapacaksan 4K60 veya 120 yaparsın 👍
