Hello, Is it possible to add on the next upgrade the possibility to reverse the joystick up and down please ? I have problems because I come from the plane models world, on which we pull the lever against us to lift the nose of the plane (to lift the camera). It's hard for me to switch when I pass on my gimbal RSC2. I always lower the camera instead of raising it.... Is it possible please to add this option ?

Hello, the code 1009 says 'Roll Axis Joint Angle Linearization Error', please ensure the camera load has already been mounted properly, the gimbal has been well balanced, the auto tune does not have interference and all axis locks are unlocked. Thanks

Would you please check the following thing? 1.Ensure that the camera load has already been mounted properly. 2.Ensure that the gimbal has been balanced. 3.Ensure that the gimbal Auto Check does not have interference. 4.Ensure that all axis locks are unlocked.

1. ok 2. ok 3. auto check - error 1010 4. all axis unlock Axis pan heat after some time. Motor break Gimbal work, but this motor heat and don't have max stiffness. Motor ease unstable, if i touch axis my hand. Another axis have more stiffness, when i try to move this. Early i don't have this problem. Maybe last day i worked with ronin, when this axis was not balanced. And then motor breaked😑

@@ilyasguner2267 no I wait service center. But official service can't to fix this problem. I think, my gimbal need replacement pan motor. So i gave my gimbal not official service and buy new ronin rs3

Does anybody have problems triggering their Sony Cameras with the record button on the RSC2? I just tried with the latest firmware on my RSC2 and FX3 and it triggers the cameras record but it get's stuck, tally lights are red but the camera does not record and does not stop even from the camera. I have to turn the power off and force reboot the camera.... Any suggestions? The aperture works fine with the wheel. Connecting via USBc - USBc C remote activated...

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Some cameras may not be able to shoot when proper focus has not been achieved due to focus speed or in a complex environments such as low light situations. If there's an issue with the shutter or rec button not responding properly in these situations, manual focus mode is recommended. Would you please try and tell us your feedback?

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please check the issue as the steps following: 1. Please try to use another adapter to charge. The adapter should be not over 24W. 2. Please try to change the cable. It is recommended that use our originally standard cable to charge or you can change to another cable with same type port to test. 3. You can cross-exam whether the issue is on the gimbal or the handle by charging a spare one if you have. If not, please apply for the repair request and send the whole device back.4. Please charge the RSC2 within the working temperature range of 5℃ - 40℃. Please cooling off the unit and charge again if you just turn off the machine. 5. Please confirm whether the issue happened when you use RSC2 and Raveneye together or you can not charge the RSC2 even without Raveneye?
