Just got my RSC2 yesterday and your tutorial by far blew everyone else out of the water! I didn't even know about the side dial press in menu)saves me from having to open the app) the half press video record to focus, triple pressing the mode button, and ALOT more. I thought each mode (1,2,3) had a separate portrait mode haha, thank you for the clarification. I will say my favorite newly discovered feature would be the dial above the trigger that allows me to now adjust my iso with the cable connected. I noticed I'm wasn't able to adjust my camera settings as the cable was plugged in, and that feature saved me so much time. It will immensely aid me in filming real estate videos. Liked and subscribed; I can't wait to binge the rest of your content haha. Thank you very much for your help!

When you go into portrait mode, the lens is supposed to point upwards and then you shoot with the gimbal pointed forward in a straight line. I hope that helps 🙂

For Portrait use it in Breafcase Operational Mode, but hold the gimbal vertical... Showcase video from DJI demonstrates this.

When I hit the mode button it will only cycle between portrait and PTF. It acts like it has three presets and two seem to be stuck in portrait mode. Wish I would have found this video before buying my RSC2, this is the best video on how to use the device.

I'm asking because I have my gimbal mounted vertically but the ports for the cables get blocked so I'm not able to connect them, but if I can use the gimbal w/o connecting those cables then I can act least record...

I've watched this helpful video several times, great information! The only thing is when I press Portrait mode (double tap) my Gimball is literally tripping from when I start to record. The motors set to portrait-mode, and suddenly start to shake and trip when I want to record. Can you, or someone please advice me how this is happening?

Why was the camera looking at the sky when you had it in portrait mode? Does it have to be rebalanced?

If u make custom setting where all axis is locked, can u custom set the trigger to say… unlock pan axis as example? Few shooting scenarios with the zhiyun weebill s where I found that useful etc.
