FIXED Broken Gimbal After Crush Hard DJI Mini 3 Pro

Thanks for this quick video without spoken words. I risked it and successfully fixed my gimbal. Small tip for the other people’s who want to try: if you have the dumping cushions without the rubber extansions you should order a pair. It was impossible for me to replace the cushions. The new pair had extansions like in this video. Other tip: you should replace the little lid (6:25) as early as possible before replace the camera at the gimbal.

Motors have rotation limits, how do you know how to put rubber suspension back in the right holes? Regards.

Line the gimbal mounts up to where the little indention shows the white dot on the motor, then there are one big rubber tab on each gimbal Mount rotate the motors in either direction to find the limits then rotate back until that wider table lines up with its longer slot on the housing. Pulling the rubbers through the slots is a whole nother ball game LOL

Thank you for the great videos you do! Do you experience in this : I also have an error 1d010002 after a crash. Replaced cable, replaced motors. Upon startup, I can feel the motors are doing some tension, but releasing later. Video is there. All Axis are easy to move. In-App calibration failed, DJI Assistant calibration goes through but does not help.

Thanks for the great videos - they are really helpful! Questions - do all the gimbal motors always move during the power up checks or if one is not moving freely does it not try the next motor? Do you have a video showing what is supposed to happen when the Mini3 Pro does its power up gimbal self check? Thanks!

Yes it will move all motor when power on. The problem can be cable it motor. You have to find it yourself

It will need cost a lot to change gimbal, if know how to replace gimbal yourself. It will cost cheaper. About no power, check ESC or battery.

You can change camera but you will have error 40021 and 10016. Error 40021 can remove but 10016 can't remove.

I have the same problem and after spending some time on and off to drone I did realise that roll motor needs replacing. Out 3 other 2 motor works fine. So its either roller motor or cable. I went on the cheaper option. If its not motor then I will replace the cable since other 2 works fine. Hope it helped? Motor only cost me £2.35 inc delivery from Ali express, should be with me in about a week. 🤞🤞
