Yo!! Sorry, there's no Part 2. I ended up getting crazily busy the week I created this video and didn't want to make Part 2 without fully committing to my practice schedule. Hopefully will be able to continue this series in the future.

Been following your channel since you have started it. Its great to see how much you have grown and evolved as a youtuber. I've been pretty serious about scratching for the past 6 or 7 years, but the one scratch I have been putting off is the Boomerang. This video has motivated me to give it another shot.

There is another way to do create the same “boomerang” sound but I’m not sure if this would count as a boomerang scratch: start with the a open fader, do a chirp followed by a half chirp(the first 3 sounds), then do a half chirp but in opposite direction followed by a full chirp(the second 3 sounds)

Sounds right to me! The boomerang is a tough for me. Gotta keep grinding it out

Another good way to learn the boomerang is learning the Aquaman skratch. Which is easier to learn if you can already know 2 click orbit flare skratch

Boomerang is fun but requires time to unlock confortable expecially in double time. When u think u master it u realize some days u can’t do it until u warm up well.
@DJLiftOFF9 ай бұрын
Yup! I’ve heard that same thing from others. It stills feels so unnatural for me.
@ignitore9 ай бұрын
@@DJLiftOFF now i’m mastering well but it’s still a bastard... never underestimate it 😉 I found that more i put the hand parallel to the platter more it works well for me. In my case the arm does the most of the job.

I’m level begginer to intermediate. Is it worth to spend for your course online? Does anyone ever tryed it and can review? I really wanna pay for that money if it is good🎉
