The first visit i had to a club was to arguably the best dance music club in the world when i was only fifteen.. it took another twenty years till i found somewhere to equal that experience,and in many ways from the first time of going into the darkness of the main room at eight thirty on a tuesday morning after dancing all night. the wall of sound just cut glass perfect then your eyes get used to the change in light levels and it reveals ,a beautiful place full of beautiful people , then at ten o clock , the buzz gets even higher as word gets round hat the terrace is open and when you wlak back out into the light and everyone around you is jumping up and own cheering and singing clapping. you forget youve been on your feet for eleven hours already and now your dancing in forty degree heat, for another four hours which flashes by like youve been asleep , i knew after the first time i left that club ijust had to go back again , and on my second visit as i walked into the light the song being played was A REMIX OF GOING BACK TO MY ROOTS with ritchie havens on vocals it completely blew my mind a moment in time i will never ever forget. thank you SPACE

Never been to Ibiza Space but have been to Miami Space multiple times. Sasha Ibiza is still the best Album i think released from this island paradise. One day I'll be with the beautiful people of this island. Awesome documentary of Space! Thanks

Come on now DJ Mag.....anyone that's been around for longer than ten minutes knows it was Alex P that kicked the terrace off in '91. Coxy had very little to do with Space until a few years after. Any documentary that doesn't mention Alex P as the man behind Space terrace is incomplete - or incorrect.

My own personal experience of this club when I visited in 2011 was terrible fucking nightmare trying to get in the door. Getting sent to 4 different entrances by staff because I had a Eticket causing friends to get split up. Was a Carl cox night but he wasn't even playing? Wtf . Interior & sound system wise the best, but the place had no soul no atmosphere I'm sure it did years ago but I'm sure we missed the best era

Ibiza has been on a downward spiral generally over the last 10 years. It's more about posing, seflies, VIP areas and shite 'EDM'. 80'S, 90'S and up about 2005/6 was amazing. Full of awful people now. No different to Magaluf really.

I couldn't be more agree. I visited it first time in 2000 and it was bunkers...Since 2005 started to go downhill...Space terrace was roofed, new legislations against afterhours, more and more drugs and housing problems starting..
