This device has helped me so much. I have Brachioradial pruritus which makes my arms itch uncontrollably. It’s terrible. I went to therapy for this and after one visit it started getting better and the itching went away. My therapist showed me this device and my insurance actually paid for half of it and it wasn’t very expensive to begin with. I bought it and use it every once in a while. I probably should use it more often. It makes so much sense to use this instead of injections or going to the chiropractor etc.

Oring fails from drying out resulting in no pressure. Unscrew the top fastener of the bottom sleeve handle. Exactly 6.5" from very bottom.(NOT the Guage) Turn fastener counter clock wise. Pull the piston out. There is an o ring inside that needs to be replaced. Go to local auto parts store and match one close enough. Spray W. D 40 inside the sleeve/ on new o ring. Wipe with a paper towel internally and reassemble. Your 150$ to 180$ replacement just cost you 50 cents to repair.

Can it be used if someone have the following : "At C5/6, there is severe facet and uncovertebral arthropathy and a large posterior disc/osteophyte complex causing severe central canal narrowing with flattening of the cord. There is severe bilateral foraminal stenosis." Or is it not recomended ?

The device is effective, and well-priced. The pump, however, fails predictably when the the gaskets dry out. Instead of providing a rebuild kit, providers are delighted to bill insurance for another device, top to bottom, which is nothing but fraud. My second device is now failing and I'm supposed to pay $160 for a new pump ? Where's the rebuild kit ?
