Nobody was comparing women's and men's tennis records, until Djokovic broke Roger's s weeks at no.1 record. Record breaker, history maker, he is who he is, because he does what he does. Like him or hate him, he is here to stay. If one thing Novak's s haters should have learned in the past 15-16 yrs. that would be, no matter what you do, DO NOT make him angry. Then this happens. But. Alcaraz is young, and he will have a right future. If Zverev beats Novak in the SF, I hope he wins the trophy later in the final.

I am not sure if Novak stands a chance against a red hot Sinner! Mind you, this isn't Alcaraz, Sinner moves a tad quicker and his shots are far deeper and are low. If Sinner makes Djokovic move a lot, it's an easy win for Sinner.

@ I am not certain about that, Zverev has an outstanding serve. But it's a multitude of factors that determine the outcome. I am giving it to Sinner, because he moves so well and his shots are more "intelligently" built up.

Contrary to misleading propoganda, Federer has never beat a next generation player (90s) in a slam. There are only 3 times Federer met 90s players in a slam: Unseeded Tstispas at Australian open, 2019, he loses in four sets. He then loses to Hurcakz in 2021 Wimbledon, being bageled in third set. The only 90s player he beat in a slam was 54th ranked Ruud in French open 2019. Federer is overall 3-4 against Zverev, 2-5 against Thiem, 2-3 against Tstispas, 0-1 against Rublev and even 0-1 against Augur Alassaime.

Martina Navratilova saying, "You don't choke when you are young," is a sign of dementia; she must have forgotten that she had her nerves taking over and controlling her game, literally choking on important points in her early years? This is a player who could have won double the number of titles that she won if she had the nerves of Chris Evert. She won her first Major in 1978, lost her first two finals, and continued to commit some indicative double faults on crucial points during her entire golden years.
