Hi There. Quick question . I have the DDJ-SR and one of the things that is a little frustrating is that you cannot do spin backs really, as the jog wheel brakes almost as soon as you let go, and there is no way of adjusting the ‘stiffness’. Has this been resolved in the SR2?

I have a question. The venue I dj for has their own dj controller and its the Pioneer DDJ-SR2 serato controller. If I want to connect a source to play some music say like an Ipad would I still need to purchase the serato dvs for it to work?

incredible channel congratulations, want to buy a ddj sr2 but before I need to ask a question, If I connect two technic sl 1200 mk2 what functions can I use the controller? Effects, equalization? And another question to the microphone can you add effects or is it impossible? Please answer

Thanks! If you connect external gear, you can use all the hardware functions of the mixer, but not the effects; as these only work when connected to the computer. Also, using effects with the microphone is, as far as I'm aware, not possible. For that, you need to step up to the DDJ-1000.

Hi Rodrigo! Thank you for this review! Could you tell me if the FX applied on a cue channel is transmitted to the headphones? I have a Denon MC4000 and when I apply any FX on a cue channel this is not reflected in my headphones. I can only hear the FX from the master channel in my headphones. Is this a common issue with all the controllers, or is this resolved on the higher end models?

Preference of choice. I have been using Pioneer for years with out any problem.
