After purchase instruction says Register and download update tool. This is not possible on the web site they instruct you to do it on. Phoning help line and send messages. Still not registered or able to download update tool to install it on my computer. Any help advice ?

@@Manley2220 I had 4 units checked (All new units) None of them worked. They are faulty. Get refund. Buy a different model. Sorry to give bad news.
