Is the power connector a "usb-c to cigarette lighter"? Could it maybe be replaced by just a usb-c cable to power it? For aestetic reasons I would want to connect this rather to my usb-c port than my cigarette lighter.

It should be able to as all It needs is the voltage from the ac. I think it will depend on the out voltage of the USB c

@@tvrtkocro28 yes, it works with another power cable as long as its usb c. Bought the unit and it works well!

Nice unit - does it have a built in microphone to allow hands free calling or does it use the phone mic?
