Two Toyota rock crawlers (and Jager dog) explore the famous Rubicon Trail.
The trip started at the Loon Lake entrance with intentions to wheel in and make camp at Buck Island Lake the first day. Day 2 (July 4th) was spent paddling around the lake, exploring Buck Island, drinking whiskey, cooking meat, and straight up chilling. Murica! The weather was incredible until the cloud of mosquitoes hit in the evening. Day 3 consisted of wheeling back out to Loon and then navigating the CA interstate system home. This trip was a blast.

Thanks man! Nah they are normal Procomps I bought to hold me over while I got my Trep stickies fixed (sidewall cuts in 3/5 tires). Also intended to use them on road if I ever get my yota street legal again. However, they work well for what they are and have been reliable so far. Great value tire IMO

Super Random, this wasn’t the first music that was on this video due to the KZbin licensing. If I remember correctly it had a 80s vibe album cover artwork it was purple had a horse I think. You wouldn’t happen to know that artist or album would ya ?

@@COLINSMITHSLO the music is overpowering the video not that its bad music or not edited well, but we're here to see the video, I want to hear the trucks when they are powering up something or doing something interesting, then fill in with music during scene changes or when there is a lull in the action or like during a drone shot with there is no audio.. idk, its like trying to have a conversation with someone in a bar that is blasting loud music no one is listening to, when if it was at a reasonable level it would be more enjoyable. i know i'm old, but i like wheeling...
