Dkc is some of the best vgm out there. I played the first 3 as they came out (bc I'm old and born in 85) some of my best memories. The industrial levels are attached to superbowl that year. My dad made fun of me for playing dkc instead of watching I'd run down for commercials lol.

The main reason you covered this so perfectly is you understood the purpose of the original compositon. Then translated it to metal. Music is composed to induce emotion based on the subject. I could play the game hearing this version or the original and get the same emotions. Very Well done

Best cover of this song I've ever heard man. Big Dream Theater and Smashing Pumpkins fan so I know good guitar layers when I hear them. The stuff going on in this song is amazing. Been playing video games my whole life and when it comes to music my favorite series are Castlevania, Megaman, Zelda, Metroid, Final Fantasy, etc. This was really good.
