I have no idea what Humma Humma means but I would not be surprised at all if David's guess was correct and it was like the Korean Omma Omma. The original song was in Tamil, which also have a similar word, "amma" for mother. We pronounce it almost exactly like the Koreans do and use it to react to surprising things like they do as well.
