3rd Strike time again, today featuring the classic Akuma aka Gouki, a very hard character to work on, before starting I was really afraid on how the run would goes, thanks to many cmvs and tas runners like leandroff5sfz3 and others for their old runs which helped me a lot to make this video possible, hope I didn't disappointed you and this broken character :)

Oni in SF4 is what happens if lore-accurate Akuma gets added into the game And nobody in the entire SF universe can beat Akuma ( assuming they have no plot armor ) except for one guy Gouken can go toe-to-toe with him because, well, it's literally Akuma's brother ( and also that he can literally negate the Shun Goku Satsu, watch the SF4 movie ) Although Gen cannot defeat Akuma, he can block every hit of the Shun Goku Satsu ( also that Akuma didn't kill him because Gen had Leukemia and he felt like it won't be a fair fight ) " G " from SFV might be able to defeat Akuma but we don't know much about him ( he is " the president of Earth " ? The hell does that mean ? )

Everything about this game is perfect: the animation, the risk/reward Parry system, the music, the pure ART that is the stage backdrops, the announcer...modern fighting games (as much as I still enjoy them) can't hope to touch the artistry of the likes of Third Strike (and 90s 2D fighters in general). I love my PS2 copy of this game with the remixed OST.

Dark noob, you opened my eyes. I never knew Akuma had an air throw to be honest. I'mma have to practice more to try to do that more often while playing him. Also, dope of getting them ss grades. I usually get a b grade for my best efforts, but now I guess I got a long way to go before I'm beastly.

The way difficulty works in most fighting games is that they are turned off for the most part. And the further you get or the higher the base difficulty the less time the ai is deactivated. The exception is for bosses or special fights is when they have their own set of rules or in most super bosses cases is they read your input and do a move that counters it, making them strong and definitely unfair. But of course you can cheese it by abusing the ai to do certain moves that let you punish them

Esse não é o shin akuma, se não me engano nem existe ele nesta versão do game, só no III 2nd Impact, mas akuma seja shin seja a forma normal dele acaba sendo extremamente ótimo de se jogar, os combos dele são bem intensivos e o nível de dificuldade para realizar alguns são os mesmos. E vlw, vou continuar sim.
