It was fantastic to be there watching but they need to sort the lighting out for next year,I felt sorry for the riders as they probably couldn’t see what they were aiming at half the time

Totally agree! I’ve been going to this event for many years and the lighting choice was a mistake in my opinion, for riders and spectators. At one point I saw Toni signal for the light to be lifted as it was blinding him, not ideal when you’re asking them to do such technical sections.

@@wally6097 I agree,I thought the riders would of complained at half time & got them to light up the whole section as it was unfair & on the verge of being unsafe for the riders as those sections looked hard so you need to see 100% where your aiming for. Hopefully next year they will improve on it
