I just got the dlc and I have to say ultra instinct omen goku is definitely poorly designed preset wise. His combo strings lack connection and synergy, he has a 3 bar evasive with only 6 stamina, his moves lack damage and ult can drop online and he lack basic attack damage

They only added the option so players wouldn’t complain about him not having the moves. Preset 2 is his actual preset meant for use in pvp.
