Natural sunlight is good . Nobody waste time on drying clothes with dryer . I live in suncity parikarma which is of way more price than these dlf flats and there also we dry clothes in balcony .

I stay at Shobha ...we are in 650 Square yard villa and still my mom ...always points out to dry the clothes in the garden area in sun....we have dryer but it mostly useless.

@@cool2251 the point is not if dryer is better than sun or not , offcourse sunlight is better . But dryer will also dry your clothes . So it's about choice .When you are buying such a expensive flat why would you ruin the appeal of flat by hanging clothes in sunlight . There is a point you bought a villa from an expensive devloper

I will never buy these flats because of jhuggi and dirty nalla. They called urban style...but all balconies hanging with colour full clothes like flags...like dhobi ghat. This is not an urban style... maintenance very poor. You could see the old dlf society. This is my opinion I have visited there
