Thank you Ciellisse Mira. These tops were fun to make, I plan to do more of them in the future.

I would think that your own combinations of frit or custom glass rods and tubes would sell on a website as well as glass bendy straws might be fun.

Hey thanks Chucky, I have confidence it will work out as well. I haven't started online sales yet. It does make me a bit nervous, I'll start small with 1 or 2 items and see how it goes.

You got an all around WINNER with #3! Many others worked well too! So after making several, did you find the #3 technique made other tops that ran as well or was that particular top just a CHAMP ? Which of your technique gave more consistent results? All around a great video! THANKS

That's a great question; I think with practice the other techniques could prove to work well also, but the technique for #3 gave overall the best results. #3 would be my choice of top technique to pass on.

Hey Gabrielle, practice makes perfect. Practice and make a few if you have extra time. You can do it! 👍

These look a lot like my first tops. It is an exercise in centering. I bought the top mold... it is awful. I never could figure out a way to make a perfect top with the mold. I sell to top collectors, and they are really picky about that. I should do a video about my method, it is basically freehand like what you're doing.

I've heard of marble collectors but not tops. I imagine its a tough market like marbles. Yea a video would be cool, I'll check it out. I'm going to keep practicing mine and try to get them better. Thanks for watching!

@@MattJasa check out "Pocket Top Talk" on Facebook. Mostly they collect metal and wood tops, I've got a bunch myself. These are highly prized art objects, and prices can go pretty high for well known artist. I have at least 50 tops myself, and that's not counting the glass ones I couldn't sell, which are often still fun to play with. I have a nice pile of those too.
