@@ajflowe2937 JBL Partybox 1000 is the king of all Bluetooth speakers :D it is monsterous. But the only downside is too heavy and it is not very portable(it doesn't have battery so need a wall outlets or maybe even generator to power it)

Great review and love that you take the time needed and use quality audio equipment to really provide a useable comparison, especially when using headphones (and for having the savvy to recommend viewers use them). Also, nice work on the videography and attention to detail with your production! I'm using Westone ES-60 custom IEMs, which sound beautiful and have balanced sound. Might have to get a party box 710 for the office and jam with that instead.

I just got the JBL 310 and it's bigger than I was thinking, I can't imagine purchasing the 710 unless I'm not thinking to move it. The 310 on battery is not as loud as I expected but connected to electricity it increases the volume widely. I just wish JBL would have added a tweeter on the bottom and the other keep it on the up part this way if you put it horizontally you'd get a good stereo sound

I got two of the PB310 and when paired together it’s an experience! I didn’t even have them plugged in but running off the batteries at my friends wedding as a $FREE.99 DJ. Paired and running off battery power alone at 50% volume already had the room shaking

I have the 310 pair. Open box deal for both was $1,050.00 out the door and the sound which seems to have studio quality flat frequency response sounds amazingly CLEAN! It also has punchy bass and full on bass which is PERFECTION I rarely need to use the bass but when I do I prefer punchy bass as full on bass is a bit much My next purchase will be to save up $2500 and buy the party box 1000 pair or whatever is newer at the time

@@Quanticus I mean you'll have to put your own time into research and building the right system for the price that's right for you. I guess at the end of the day they are just separate markets. The people that want a partybox just want the simplicity of a plug and play setup. The people that build their own systems are more likely to be hobbyists.. naturally theyll get a better bang for their buck and be able to reach frequencies as high or as low as they want as long as they put the effort in. But that's the difference, do you want to put the effort in or just settle with simplicity for a huge price? One MAJOR benefit of the partybox however is its ability to go mobile with the built in battery supply. Thats something that is not easy or cheap to make yourself. So as far as mobile Bluetooth speakers go this probably is the best of its kind..

@@RandoManFPV lol this guy. way lower lows, way louder, for way less than $800? aight bet. as an audiophile myself, i can 100% say you're exaggerating a ton just to knock the 710 down for whatever reason i don't know. for what it is, you're not going to beat it on price building a custom system yourself. just the receiver/amp alone is going to run you over $800 if you're talking about "way louder and way lower lows" and able to match the JBL sound reproduction quality. i agree with you that custom building your own home audio system will give you a much better sound profile, but at least be honest about the cost to do it. throwing together a bunch of chinese knockoff shit for cheaper than $800 and calling it a win isn't going to cut it my guy. smh.

I've got the party box 310 it's incredible I love the Bass it clearly shakes the floor no matter if your inside or outside on the veranda even if the volume is just up to number 5 plus its portable you can take it Anywhere with you but the JBL 1000 it's allso has a incredible bass but it's not portable you have to hook it up to a long instenshon power cord if you want it outside and that sucks

I just got the 710 for my 900sq ft 2nd floor apartment (apartment total has 4 floors) I was a bit drunk when i ordered it, and when i came home to find it sitting at my door i kinda freaked out at how big it was 🤣 I love the speaker nonetheless even tho i can’t really turn it up past 50-60% except once in a while if its still early in the day. But it is something i will grow into since i will have a house eventually. The speaker is really fun and always brings a smile to my face.

The bass from the 710 is unreal....Was the 310 plugged in during the comparison with the 710? cos that adds like 20% more volume...the best bass is at Bass Boost 1..nice n deep...Bass Boost 2 makes it boomy

310 plugged will increase 66% volume not 20%, on battery its 140w plugged its 240w. The difference is insane .

What a wonderful idea, call it "splashproof" then make the rear input audio input door cover open downwards to collect the rain, and you cannot close it it with cables attached, at least the 310 opens like an umbrella in the opposite direction. Provides a little bit of shelter. The 710 just wants to get wet. Question for you - the two 1/4" inputs have independent gain controls for the Mic and Guitar, on the rotary knobs, but above them are two small black screws, are they another set of gain controls? We bought the 710 and it is massive and as you say, not really portable unless you like carrying a coffin, but we later bought the 310 too and that TWS mode over Bluetooth is really amazing. - Nice review thanks. ( if you can afford it and you want to cause an earthquake, buy a pair of 710's, but I think the best value would be a pair of 310's.

I have both 1000 has more pronounced highs like 10% more But 710 just kills it flat on BASS like 200% more bass than 1000. I got a complaint from my neighbors saying next time I am going to Cops 😂😂 Since then I am on BB off😅 Btw sold my 1000
