But nevertheless it's a question why it's not applicable to the mere law makers - the MPs,MLAs, MRSs, while we see corrupt officials being treated the way for the breach of law, we also encounter political leaders like WFI chief Brijbhushan Singh with no proper investigation/internal inquiry even after Supreme Court's jurisdiction holding over a very unclear probe, secondly there's is amendment that administrators cannot have a pre-approved allegations as a basic eligibility while it's also the law that you can be a part of legislature even after murdering someone, in fact there is no single PIL on the fact that 46% of the MPs have clear probes and charges while 29% are having serious charges of rape and murder,
